What Prado delivers

Your partner in needle-moving digital transformation.

Prado brings executive-level delivery leadership across operations, technology, and implementation, with ERP as the lead engagement and HCM, platform, and operational change work integrated where it matters.

Program & service scope

  • Program and project management services
  • Change management and organizational readiness services
  • Architecture, configuration, and development services
  • Data migration and integration services
  • Testing, training, and deployment services
  • System stabilization, hypercare, and post-implementation support
  • Managed services, maintenance, or system optimization services

Technology advisory

Executive-level guidance across the stack

Prado provides technology advisory tied to large-scale ERP and HCM delivery—roadmaps, platform alignment, vendor and partner coordination, and governance—drawing on experience across multi-thousand location and multi–tens-of-thousands-user programs in retail, financial services, real estate, and public sector.

Engagement path

A clear path from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.

Programs use quality gates between phases—stakeholders sign off before the work advances (e.g. project charter, solution acceptance, readiness confirmation, go-live approval). Where it fits the engagement, Prado applies a hybrid, iterative approach: configure leading practices first, validate in fit-to-standard workshops, then build and test in controlled cycles—reducing unnecessary customization and delivery drift.

The same governance discipline applies in our platform-agnostic delivery framework: a structured methodology that supports your ERP implementation regardless of whether the direction is SAP, Oracle, or another enterprise platform.

1. Prepare

Mobilise the program

Establish governance, tools, team, and access: kickoff and executive alignment, project plan and RACI, environment provisioning, initial data assessment, and sign-off on charter and scope.

2. Explore

Fit-to-standard and gaps

Validate leading-practice configuration against your requirements in structured workshops; document decisions and gaps; design data migration and integrations so build stays aligned to scope.

3. Realize

Build, integrate, and test

Iterative sprint-based configuration and builds, integration and migration execution with mock cycles, unit/SIT/UAT support, train-the-trainer, and readiness for cutover.

4. Deploy

Go-live and hypercare

Production readiness, final migration and cutover execution, go-live monitoring, and post–go-live hypercare to stabilize operations and transition to steady state.

Change management

Embedded across the lifecycle—not only at go-live

Change management runs parallel to delivery: initiation and planning; business process and requirements; design and configuration; integration and migration; testing and validation; training; launch planning; and post–implementation hypercare and optimization. Communications, readiness, and adoption stay tied to milestones so the organization is prepared when the solution cuts over.
